Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance??

Services for custodial care are traditionally not covered by insurance, to include Medicare, Medicaid and/or commercial insurance. One caveat to this is a privately paid long term care policy, which may allow reimbursements or direct payment for these types of services. We can also explore coverage by the VA’s Aide & Attendance program, if this is something you’ve already qualified for. In conclusion, KLM Home Care Services are not covered by insurance.

Do you provide full time caregiving services?

Because our focus is specifically on providing excellent bathing and incontinence care services, we do not currently offer full time caregiving options. 

What payment options do you offer?

Payments can be made on a weekly or monthly basis, by check or via credit or debit card through our secure, online invoicing system. 

What training do your caregivers receive?

Our caregivers are certified through a rigorous training and testing process to ensure the knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent client care. Ongoing training is part of our annual caregiver support program.
