KLM Home Care Services was founded by Amber and John Arrington and lovingly named after Amber's father, Kelly Loughlin. When he was at his illest, the small town they lived in didn't have options for the supportive services that would have improved his quality of life and brought peace of mind to the family. We are now proud to offer these much needed services to our community, with Kelly's memory at the core of our care.
